No Take Backs is a wellness brand creating next-generation products where functionality meets enjoyment. As part of this project, we worked on redesigning the Shopify-based eCommerce platform for Daily Melt — a functional cacao drink designed to support appetite control and metabolism.
When the team approached us, the website already existed but lacked cohesion. The interface combined mixed design references, the structure felt overloaded, and the user journey was not fully intuitive or conversion-oriented. The goal was not just to refresh the visuals, but to build a cohesive UX/UI system with a strong focus on increasing conversion rates.

We approached the project through a CRO and user behavior lens. One of the key priorities was restructuring core pages — especially the homepage and product pages — so that users could clearly understand the product value within the first few seconds. We established a clear content hierarchy, strengthened key messaging, and simplified navigation to reduce friction and guide users toward purchase.
Special attention was given to product communication. Daily Melt is not just a beverage, but a functional wellness product, so it was essential to clearly and quickly communicate its benefits, scientific foundation, and use cases. We structured content blocks to ensure information is easy to scan and digest, without overwhelming the user.

Visually, we unified the interface and aligned it with the brand’s packaging and identity. The design became cleaner, more modern, and more trustworthy. We removed unnecessary visual noise, strengthened key accents, and created a consistent flow that naturally leads users to take action.
We also optimized the mobile experience, recognizing that a significant portion of traffic comes from mobile devices. The interface was adapted to maintain readability, usability, and conversion logic across all screen sizes.

As part of the project, we delivered:

As a result, the brand received a cohesive eCommerce platform where design directly supports business goals. The new website is clearer, more structured, and conversion-focused, while the overall user experience feels faster, more intuitive, and more comfortable.
This project demonstrates how a thoughtful UX/UI and CRO approach can go beyond a simple redesign — transforming a website into an effective tool for growth and sales.
