Finding a security guard currently works the way most service industries worked before platforms disrupted them — calls, referrals, no price transparency, no accountability. Doberme was built to change that: a marketplace connecting clients directly with independent security professionals. The design challenge was making something that feels as familiar and trustworthy as booking a taxi, in an industry that has never felt that way.

The platform serves two distinct user types, and both needed to feel like the product was built specifically for them. For clients: fast search, filterable profiles with verified documents and ratings, a booking calendar, and in-app chat — the full flow without a single phone call. For security professionals: a dashboard that gives real ownership over their work — profile, availability, pricing, client communication, and reviews in one place.

Trust was the underlying design problem throughout. Security is a high-stakes category — clients need to feel confident before they confirm a booking, and professionals need to feel the platform represents them credibly. We used a clean visual aesthetic with soft gradients: professional without being cold, approachable without being casual. Every interaction was designed to be transparent — no hidden steps, no ambiguous states, no unnecessary clicks.

The landing page was built as a conversion tool with SEO architecture — structured to attract organic traffic and clear enough to hold it. The content leads with problems solved, not features listed. A referral system was integrated to support organic growth through the professional networks guards already have.

Doberme launched as a fully responsive platform — desktop, tablet, and mobile — with a design system flexible enough to scale into new cities and enterprise segments without rebuilding from scratch.
