Logo & Brand Identity for a Fashion Brand

The Ash Design project case study preview

SKV is a clothing brand with a clear aesthetic: considered, feminine, and unhurried. The identity needed to reflect that — not just look premium, but feel like it belongs to a brand with its own point of view.

The mark is a stacked serif monogram built from the brand's three initials. The letterforms interlock with editorial tension — high contrast strokes, sharp terminals, the kind of construction that reads as a fashion house mark rather than a retail logo. It works at scale on a shopping bag and at small scale embossed on a tag, which was a core requirement for a brand that invests in its packaging.

The palette is deep burgundy and warm cream. Burgundy anchors the brand in richness and confidence — a color that reads as directional without being cold. Cream softens and elevates, giving the identity room to breathe across both dark and light applications. Together they create a visual register that sits between contemporary fashion and quiet luxury.

The identity was delivered across the full range of physical and digital touchpoints: hang tags with embossed detail, shopping bags, branded packaging, business cards, postcards, and social media content design. Each application was considered as part of the same object — a brand that should feel consistent whether a customer encounters it in a store, in their feed, or unboxing a delivery.

SKV now has a visual identity that holds the brand's tone across every surface it occupies — from editorial photography to the inside of a shipping box.
