Wafaa
Brand Identity & Ongoing Design Partnership for a LegalTech Platform

Wafaa is an online platform for creating, signing, and managing legally binding digital agreements. Users draft terms in minutes, invite counterparties to review and sign, and store all documents in a secure, trackable digital format. The product sits in a space where trust is the entire value proposition: every visual touchpoint has to communicate reliability before the user reads a word of copy.

We came in at the foundation stage: logo and full brand book. The process followed every phase from the start: moodboard and direction alignment, logo concept development, refinement, and final identity system. The brand book covers logo usage, color palette, typography, spacing, and application rules across touchpoints — structured for a product that needs to scale and stay consistent as it grows.

From the identity foundation, the collaboration expanded across the full surface area of the product's communication. We covered pitch deck design, social media creatives, OpenGraph visuals, website creatives, a Product Hunt presentation, banners, business cards, and branded postcards. Each material was built within the same visual system, so every channel Wafaa appears in reinforces the same identity.


On the product side, we conducted a UX audit of the Wafaa app and improved the onboarding experience: mapping friction points in the initial user flow and refining the steps that take a new user from signup to their first signed agreement.

The partnership has been running for over a year. What started as a brand identity project became a continuous design relationship covering every layer of how Wafaa presents itself: product, marketing, and business development materials.
