A full website redesign for a luxury rehabilitation center, built to reflect discretion, calm, and world-class care for high-profile individuals seeking a private path to recovery. The project began with a full audit of the existing site — reviewing structure, messaging, and performance data through analytics tools to understand where visitors were dropping off and what wasn't working. This gave us a clear picture of the gaps to solve before any visual work began.

From there, we rebuilt the site's architecture from the ground up, rethinking navigation and page flow so that visitors — often searching during a deeply personal and sensitive moment — could find what they needed without friction: clinical team, accommodation options, treatment programs, and aftercare, all clearly signposted.

On the visual side, we moved away from the clinical, sterile look often associated with the industry, and leaned instead into a warm, editorial aesthetic — soft sage greens, elegant serif typography, and rich seasonal photography that feels closer to a private estate than a treatment facility. Sections like the FAQ, accommodation showcase, and clinical team pages were designed to build trust and reduce anxiety at every step, while confidential contact forms and "Request a Call" flows reinforce the center's promise of privacy.

To ensure a seamless handoff, we delivered a full design system alongside a detailed animation documentation for the development team, along with a fully custom mobile-responsive adaptation — so the same sense of calm, luxury, and craftsmanship carries through on every device.

The result is a digital experience that mirrors the center's premium, high-touch approach to care — elegant, calming, and deeply human.
