UX/UI eCommerce Redesign to Strengthen Brand Identity and Increase Conversions

Curativa Bay is a skincare and wellness brand built around hypochlorous acid (HOCl) — a science-backed ingredient with strong benefits for skin health. When the team came to us, the goal was clear: the digital experience needed to better reflect the product’s credibility, clarity, and trust.


The existing website was functional, but it felt fragmented. It focused heavily on products, while the deeper value — the science, the benefits, and the use cases — remained unclear to users. As a result, the journey felt less intuitive, and the overall experience didn’t fully support conversions.

We approached the redesign not just as a visual update, but as a complete rethink of how the brand communicates online.


Instead of leading with products, we shifted the structure toward storytelling. We started from the brand’s value and educational layer, helping users understand what HOCl is and why it matters. From there, we smoothly guided them into product benefits and practical use cases, creating a natural flow toward purchase.

At the same time, we simplified the overall structure, refined navigation, and reorganized content blocks to support both discovery and decision-making. Every element was designed to reduce friction and make the experience feel clear, calm, and trustworthy.


Visually, we leaned into a clean and lightweight aesthetic inspired by wellness, nature, and clinical clarity. We used generous white space, structured typography, and soft imagery to create a sense of balance and confidence — aligning the interface with both the brand’s packaging and its scientific positioning.

The result is a more cohesive and elevated e-commerce experience. The new website feels easier to navigate, more informative, and more reassuring — helping users understand the product faster and move toward purchase with confidence.

Curativa Bay now has a digital presence that not only looks refined, but also supports growth — strengthening its identity as a modern, science-driven skincare brand while improving clarity, usability, and conversion potential.
