UX/UI Design for a Language Learning Marketplace

Booking a language course abroad involves more decisions than most travel purchases — school, location, duration, accommodation, course type. The existing platforms serving this space were built for agencies, not users. Linguahub came to us mid-evolution: transitioning from an agency-based service into a full marketplace, and needing a digital experience that could compete with modern booking platforms on clarity and confidence.


The core design problem was decision complexity. We restructured the entire user journey around progressive disclosure — presenting the right amount of information at each step, rather than front-loading every variable at once. School listings, comparison tools, and interactive filters were designed to narrow options without making users feel they were missing something.


Location is central to the product's logic, so we treated it as a navigation layer rather than a filter field. Maps, city-based browsing, and destination flags make the geographic dimension of the decision feel tangible — users orient themselves by where they want to go, then move toward the right school from there.


Detailed school profiles, course comparison, and a personal dashboard with calendar functionality carry the user from discovery through to booking confirmation without friction. Each step is explicit — no ambiguous states, no hidden information, no moment where the user has to guess what happens next.


The design system was built for scale from the start: consistent hierarchy, responsive across all devices, and structured to expand into new countries and languages without losing clarity.
