Do you need to understand our model?
Enough to design around it. We need to know what it does well, where it fails, and how confident it is, not how it was trained.
What if the model changes mid-project?
That is normal. The design covers behaviour and states rather than one specific output, so a model swap does not restart the work.
Do you design evaluation tooling?
Yes, when it is part of the product. Internal review, rating and correction flows are usually where trust is actually built.
Can you work with our ML team?
That is the usual setup. We sit with your engineers through UX, because what is feasible changes the design every week.
Why is the range four to twelve weeks?
AI products vary more than anything else we design. One flow is four weeks, an agent with tools and permissions is twelve.
